At House Of Libaas, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. We deliver women's traditional clothing across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and other serviceable areas.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Karachi.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is approximately 2–5 working days after your order has been confirmed and processed.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping: Rs. 250

• Free shipping: Orders of Rs. 5,000 or above

The applicable shipping charge will be shown or communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across our serviceable delivery areas in Pakistan.

For COD orders, customers are required to provide accurate contact and delivery information so that the order can be successfully delivered.

5. Bank & Digital Payments

Customers may also pay through our available bank transfer or digital payment options.

Payment instructions will be provided during the order process or by our customer support team.

6. Order Confirmation

House Of Libaas may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm an order before dispatch.

Orders may not be dispatched until the required order information has been successfully confirmed.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

House Of Libaas will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed because of circumstances involving the courier service or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and coordinate with the courier.

9. Receiving Your Order

Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel and product promptly upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact House Of Libaas on the same day of delivery so that we can review and assist with the matter according to our Return & Refund Policy.
